Leadership - Daniela Hughes

Daniela brings over 20 years' of real estate experience, including roles at institutional owners covering both suburban and high street retail properties. She managed leasing for a 40 million SF portfolio for large REITS. She has completed over $1 billion in new deals in over 43 states.

She has worked extensively with residential, retail, office and industrial properties. She has also worked with hotel properties and student housing.

She is fluent in Spanish and she co-chaired the first Hispanic ICSC meeting in Chicago. She has been active with CAR (Chicago Association of Realtors), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties).
